Troubleshooting your iTrack

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your iTrack trackpad! Before reaching out to support, try the following to see if you can restore functionality:

  • Make sure the iTrack is fully charged
  • You are running iPadOS 14.5 or higher
  • Most current firmware installed via Brydge Connect App (version 2.0.3 or higher)
  • "Forgetting" device and re-pairing
