Hinge Issues

If your hinge breaks, please email support@brydge.com with the following information:

  1. Proof of purchase (Brydge order number or photo of receipt)
  2. Photo of your Brydge
  3. Shipping address

Our team will review your information and contact you within 24 hours of your warranty claim.
Please note:
We typically only see this when inserting or removing the iPad incorrectly. Please be sure that you are removing and inserting the tablet correctly. This should be done in a vertical motion, never side to side or diagonally.
